Refund policy
At 81Trae, every piece is made to order and built to a standard we stand behind. Please read this Return Policy carefully so you understand how returns are handled and what you are entitled to if something is not right with your order.
By purchasing from 81Trae, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return Policy. This policy applies to all purchases made through the81trae.store.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Because our products are made to order, all sales are considered final. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
The return is initiated within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
The item is in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
Items purchased during sale events, clearance, or special promotions are final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
SECTION 2 - RETURN AUTHORIZATION
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at customerservice@81trae.com with your order number and a description of the issue, including photos where applicable.
Approved returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Returns submitted without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
SECTION 3 - RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. 81Trae is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
In cases where the error is ours, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of the return request.
SECTION 4 - ISSUANCE OF STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the original purchase amount, excluding any original shipping charges.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or credit code and delivered to the email address associated with your order.
Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire.
Please note that 81Trae does not issue cash refunds. Store credit is the sole remedy available for approved returns.
SECTION 5 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Custom-designed, personalized, or altered garments.
Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration from their original state.
Items returned without prior authorization (no RMA number).
Items purchased during sale events, clearance, or special promotional periods.
Any non-eligible item submitted for return will be returned to the customer at their expense without the issuance of store credit.
SECTION 6 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
By purchasing from 81Trae, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Return Policy.
In the event of any dispute arising from a return request, 81Trae reserves the right to make the final determination in accordance with this policy.
Any disputes not resolved through our customer service process shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, consistent with our Terms of Service.
SECTION 7 - MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Return Policy at any time by posting changes to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
